Refund & Return Policy

Requesting a Return

At UPPER, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the returned products from the registered delivery address.

Important Note

Returns are not accepted for underwear due to hygiene reasons, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or there was an error with your order.


If Something Isn't Right

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp so we can review the issue and take the appropriate action.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are not accepted for underwear due to hygiene reasons, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or there was an error with your order. If the case is eligible for exchange, we will coordinate with you to collect the item and review the request accordingly.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 15 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
