Preparing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, we review the details, prepare the products carefully, and hand them over for delivery. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, with proper packaging to keep your items protected during transit.

Delivery Within Kuwait

Fast, Local Delivery

We offer delivery across Kuwait through our logistics partner, EMPOWER.

  • Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
  • Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Once your order is prepared and out for delivery, you will receive an update through WhatsApp and email regarding your order status.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are entered correctly to avoid any delays.

International Shipping

Shipping Beyond Kuwait

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
All available shipping details, including estimated cost and delivery time, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Note

International shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility if applicable.

Tracking Your Shipment

For international orders, a tracking number may be provided depending on the shipping carrier and destination country. If tracking is available, it will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp after your order has been shipped.
