This Shipping Policy describes how UPPER processes, ships, and delivers your orders.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the State of Kuwait only, covering all areas.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation. During peak seasons or exceptional circumstances, delivery may take one additional day; we will notify you if this is the case.

Shipping Fees

Any applicable delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment. There are no hidden charges.

Order Confirmation and Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp including your order number. Our courier will contact you on your registered phone number upon delivery, so please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout.
