Refund policy

UPPER operates this store and website in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy describes the conditions under which items purchased from UPPER may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By making a purchase through our store, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are still in their original unopened (sealed) bag and in their original condition, with proof of purchase (your order number).

In line with health regulations applicable in Kuwait, underwear whose sealed bag has been opened, or that has been tried on or worn, cannot be returned or exchanged — except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, which we resolve fully at our expense.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp at +965 410 10442, quoting your order number. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the returned items from your registered delivery address, free of charge.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately through WhatsApp so we can review the issue and take the appropriate action at our expense, including a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. If your case is eligible, we will coordinate with you to collect the item and deliver the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 15 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
